As IT Manager you need people that know their stuff, not sales people that say they do. As an example I had issues with our new virtualisation kit and spent days backwards and forward with suppliers, manufactures but no solution. In desperation I called Granite, Andrew came out right away and quickly identified the issue and provided a fix all before lunch and no more time wasted.
